New Concept
Interior Design Consultant:  3DD Design
New 8,500 square foot restaurant with 325 seat dining room, lounge with 4 private dining rooms and sidewalk seating.

This upscale modern Merterian restaurant was designed on the ground of a high rise condominium building in downtown Boston.  The bar is a unique boat shape design, with display cooking-chef's table, in a soft earth tone color scheme. 

BERKSHIRE GRILL

6,700 Square Foot Restaurant with 200 dining and lounge/dining seats, plus seasonal sidewalk seating.

The upscale restaurant was designed on the ground floor of a major high rise retail and office building in downtown Boston.

We provided entire Prototype services from concept, interior design to construction.

BRITISH BEER COMPANY

Major renovation of an existing 8,400 sq. ft. restaurant.

The British style pub restaurant consists of 177 seats with intimate dining areas, and a private second floor room for small functions. The lounge has a dance floor with entertainment, bar and raised seating area. The restaurant prides itself with authentic British artifacts and pub atmosphere for a vintage look. Wood paneling, fireplace mantels, ornamental railings, stain glass dome, and wood moldings were purchased from and estate and recycled into the restaurant.

BURGER KING

Assisting in the scrape and re-build program for a new 2700 sq. ft. Burger King Prototype and remodel of existing store for new imaging. The new prototype is smaller and more energy efficient with a double drive-up and less seating, with 60 seats.

Restaurants
Maple Grove, MN

New 5,500 Square Foot Restaurant with 213 seats. Separate dining and lounge/bar seating areas.

This family style restaurant was redesigned from the ground up for Ground Round to create a new comfortable dining experience with a new exterior identity.

Our services began with concept imaging, exterior and interior design to Prototype design and final project concentration. Published in Chain Leader magazine.

LUIGI'S RESTAURANT

WAYLAND, MA

RESTAURANT

Major renovation of existing 6,300 Square Foot restaurant into a 172 seat Italian Restaurant.

The building was rebuilt off the existing foundation into a 172-seat dining room with a 10-seat bar in a Tucson theme Italian Restaurant.

2500 Square Foot European Café with 45 seats, and sandwich bar, soft seating, take out in a bold contemporary design.

We provided entire concept services with interior design and construction.

UNO’S CHICAGO BAR & GRILL

PROJECTS:
Prototype Design and over 15 Locations

RESTAURANTS

6,000 Square Foot Restaurant with 51 Bar/Lounge seats and 134 dining with an additional 50 seats on the seasonal patio.

Designed this mid-size prototype building for Uno’s and site-adapted restaurants to fit local conditions.

HORSESHOE GRILL

PROJECTS: North Reading, MA

RESTAURANTS: 

Major reconstruction of existing 5100 Square foot restaurant into 165 seat contemporary South-West restaurant.  

The building was rebuilt off the existing foundation expanded into a 165 seat dining room, a 40 seat lounge with an outside patio for additional dining. The exterior design has a stone tower, clapboards, and burgundy awnings with silhouetted horses for accent.  The dining room has a two sided fireplace as a main focal point, with wood floors and contemporary southwest fabrics on the booths.

Easton, MA

Raynham, MA(Remodel)

7,000 Square Foot Restaurant with 40 Seat Bar, 195 seat dining room with separate wine room, display cooking & chefs' table. There is an additional 50 seats on the seasonal patio.  Private booths, a soft earth tone color scheme, with stone fireplaces inside and outside create a warm dining experience.

Designed this mid-size prototype building with a contemporary old world look with stone, fire,  and iron elements.
