This complex was designed for the
production of microwave circuits in a sophisticated clean
room environment. The architecture blends the high tech
operations with natural granite stone features of the
site. The corner has been carved out to create a radical
entrance with a two-story lobby with clear story. |

New
28,260 Square Foot 1 ½ story industrial building.
The building design is intended to provide a useful heavy
road equipment vehicle service facility while being
appealing to the eye. This is accomplished by the “T”
shaped design of the building and the exterior concrete
block and E.F.I.S. finishes used that give this building a
rich feeling. |

Project: Devens, MA
OFFICE/INDUSTRIAL 60,000 square feet
1 1/2 story office warehouse
This facility was designed for
N.B.Kenney Company with space
for another tenant.
The building is designed for two story
office space with a manufacturing warehouse.
We used brick with
a contrasting E.I.F.S. stucco piers to
identify the entrance. Metal siding accent
panels and brick piers are used in the warehouse
area.
The ribbon windows have
pre-cast lintels for accent.
The atrium lobby allows for
dramatic entrance for both tenants with
mahogany woodwork and glass railings.

Pembroke, MA
OFFICE/INDUSTRIAL
New 30,000 sq. ft. office
and manufacturing head quarters for 70 year old international
heat detection manufacturing company.
The building
is designed to give it a residential feeling on a wooded
site. The entry portico welcomes clients from all around
the world. The two story lobby has an open stair case
around a central stone fireplace. The lobby has a lodge
feeling with exposed wood beams and wood ceiling. Windows
into all of the manufacturing office area make this
a pleasant environment in which to work and enjoy the
views of the wooded site. Natural material were selected
for the exterior design using field stone, clapboards,
pitched roof, and heavy timer for the entrance. |

Weymouth, MAOFFICE/INDUSTRIAL
New 36,000 Square Foot Office and
manufacturing head quarters.
This building was designed to house a
division of Fisher Pierces Electronic manufacturing plant
with Corporate Offices and cafeteria. The architecture was
designed to set a theme for the entire office park to have
an office building feel versus a warehouse image. |
